Join a dynamic facilities team responsible for maintaining one of Colorado's largest higher education campuses. We are seeking an experienced HVAC & Plumbing Manager to lead the daily operations of HVAC and plumbing maintenance, supervise skilled trades professionals, manage budgets and contractors, and ensure safe, reliable building operations across campus. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC technicians and plumbing staff.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency response for campus mechanical systems.
• Manage HVAC controls and Building Automation Systems (JCI Metasys).
• Develop department procedures, safety programs, and performance goals.
• Manage departmental budgets, purchasing, and contractor relationships.
• Coordinate construction projects, design reviews, and capital improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, and service level agreements.
• Support after-hours emergencies as part of the leadership on-call rotation.
