Attend our August 20th Knosh & Know. This discussion will review how exterior wall assemblies directly impact occupant comfort, energy efficiency, and building performance. This session will explore common building envelope challenges such as air leakage, insulation deficiencies, and water intrusion, along with modern diagnostic tools including infrared thermography, drone inspections, and building envelope modeling. Attendees will gain practical insights into identifying deficiencies and implementing improvements that enhance comfort, reduce energy costs, and extend building lifespan.


Stefanie Horner – Investigative Engineering Business Development Consultant, Martin/Martin, Inc. 
With more than 10 years of business development experience and over 15 years of expertise in fall protection and façade access systems, Stefanie is dedicated to helping building owners and facility professionals protect their assets through education, industry best practices, and code compliance. She is actively involved with the Denver chapters of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and currently serves as President of the Building Operators Association of Colorado (BOAC). Throughout her career, Stefanie has focused on building trusted relationships and providing practical guidance that helps clients improve safety, reduce risk, and make informed decisions about their facilities.

Kevin Dunham, Principal, Investigative Engineering, Martin/Martin, Inc. 

Kevin Dunham, PE, is a Principal with Martin/Martin’s Building Envelope group and brings more than 22 years of experience evaluating, investigating, and rehabilitating existing buildings. He specializes in building envelope performance, water intrusion, structural deterioration, and preventative maintenance planning. Kevin works closely with owners, property managers, architects, and contractors to develop practical solutions that extend the life and performance of facilities.
