What to Expect

• An exclusive behind-the-scenes look at DEN operations and facilities
• A look at the airport’s unique infrastructure, including its tunnel system
• Small-group tour experience with three groups of 30
• Plenty of walking—comfortable shoes are strongly recommended!

Please note: Due to the length of the tour, we will not be hosting an IFMA-sponsored happy hour afterward. However, Tivoli Brewing is onsite, so attendees are welcome to stick around, grab a drink, and continue networking on their own after the tour.

And one final tip: comfortable shoes are a must! 

PPE: Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring their own PPE, including:

• Pants, no shorts.
• Closed-toe shoes
• Safety eyewear
• Safety vest
• Hard hat

Space is limited to 90 attendees.

PARKING

Parking Validation: Parking will be validated when attendees arrive at CEEA. Attendees may park in either the East or West parking lots. Please note that spaces marked “Short Term Parking” will not be validated.
