Join us October 7 for an exclusive Behind-the-Scenes Tour of Denver International Airport (DEN) and get a rare look at the people, systems, infrastructure, and spaces that keep one of the world’s busiest airports moving.

This is a unique opportunity to go beyond the passenger experience and explore the inner workings of DEN—including areas most travelers never get to see. And yes… we’ll even get a glimpse into the tunnels! 👀

What to Expect

• An exclusive behind-the-scenes look at DEN operations and facilities
• A look at the airport’s unique infrastructure, including its tunnel system
• Small-group tour experience with three groups of 30
• Plenty of walking—comfortable shoes are strongly recommended!

Please note: Due to the length of the tour, we will not be hosting an IFMA-sponsored happy hour afterward. However, Tivoli Brewing is onsite, so attendees are welcome to stick around, grab a drink, and continue networking on their own after the tour.

And one final tip: comfortable shoes are a must! 

PPE: Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring their own PPE, including:

• Pants, no shorts.
• Closed-toe shoes
• Safety eyewear
• Safety vest
• Hard hat
