Dan is a Business Development Manager at Foster Plumbing, where he focuses on building client relationships and developing plumbing solutions for commercial facilities throughout Colorado. With a background that includes managing small projects and several years in business development and skilled trades, Dan brings a practical understanding of preventative plumbing maintenance and the importance of proactive facility care. An active member of both IFMA and BOMA, Dan is passionate about helping facility professionals extend the life of their plumbing systems, reduce costly emergencies, and implement effective preventative maintenance strategies. His hands-on industry experience and collaborative approach make him a valuable resource for commercial building owners and facility managers.

Steve Gallegos, TRYG
Steve Gallegos is the Mechanical Service Manager and Centrifugal Chiller Specialist at Tryg Group and a commercial HVAC expert with more than 15 years of experience specializing in centrifugal chillers and complex mechanical systems. He leads preventative maintenance programs and oversees service operations for commercial and industrial facilities across Colorado. Steve has extensive hands-on experience servicing, rebuilding, and modernizing centrifugal chiller systems from leading manufacturers, including Carrier, Trane, and Johnson Controls York. He holds EPA Universal and Liebert ICOM certifications and is recognized for his technical expertise, leadership, and commitment to delivering reliable, high-performance mechanical solutions while mentoring the next generation of HVAC technicians.

Travis Power, DCPS
Travis is a seasoned asphalt paving professional with over 25 years of experience in complex paving projects including airports, racetracks, roadways and large industrial parking facilities. He has a well-rounded knowledge of production and performance with decades of technical skills in operational leadership. 

Sam Harrison, Encore Electric
Sam Harrison is a Senior Account Manager at Encore Electric with nearly two decades of experience providing electrical contracting, preventative maintenance, and service solutions for commercial and industrial facilities. Since joining Encore Electric in 2007, Sam has partnered with facility managers to develop proactive maintenance strategies that improve system reliability, reduce downtime, extend equipment life, and enhance occupant safety. A graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Sam brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to electrical system maintenance. Throughout his career, he has contributed to projects that have helped shape Denver's skyline, including iconic landmarks such as the Four Seasons Hotel and McGregor Square. His extensive field experience and commitment to preventative maintenance make him a trusted resource for facility professionals looking to optimize the performance and longevity of their electrical systems.
