- Extensive knowledge of budgetary, financial, operational, and business-management practices related to facilities support services.
- Broad and diversified professional management skills, including the ability to lead by example, delegate appropriately, make difficult decisions, mentor direct reports, and build effective teams.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines, prioritize competing operational needs, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and electronic resources, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and related tools used to manage budgets, workflows, communication, and operations.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, environmental stewardship, inclusive leadership, professionalism, and service excellence.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $135,000 - $155,000.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
